Information for Authors

Please, read carefully the following important information and instructions.

Your paper is due June 14th, 2000. The paper should not exceed FIVE pages, using a two-column single-space format (please follow paper preparation instructions that will be shortly posted at the WEB page of the Workshop). Paper submission can be done electronically or by regular mail. (FAXED copies will not be accepted).
Except for Keynote speeches, all paper presentations are POSTERS (poster board is 4-by-8 feet).
At least one author per paper MUST REGISTER FOR THE WORKSHOP BY JUNE 14th, 2000. If this is not done, your paper will be removed from the Technical Program and will not appear in the Workshop Proceedings. Since only the correspondence author is notified by this e-mail, please discuss paper acceptance and conference registration with your co-authors to be certain that at least one of you has registered by June 14th, 2000.
Conference registration and Hotel reservation have two separate forms; each can be downloaded from the Workshop WEB page ( www.ece.vill.edu/ssap2000 ) . ONLY conference registration can be made on-line.
Hotel room reservation form must be received by the Pocono Manor Inn on or before June 14th. Reservations made after June 14th will be subject to room availability.
