On Tuesday August 15th, the workshop will finish its technical program early afternoon and will resume Wednesday morning, August 16th. Tuesday afternoon will be left open for the Workshop attendees to enjoy the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania (Weather permitting). The workshop will provide free transportation on Tuesday afternoon to

1. The Crossings (Shopping, http://www.thecrossings.com)

2. Camelbeach (Water Park, http://camelbeach.com)

3. Water Gap Trolley (Sightseeing and Hiking http://delawarewatergap.net)

Choose one of the above three attractions and e-mail your choice, by JULY 10th, 2000, to the Local Arrangement Chair Dr. W. Andew Berger at Berger@Scranton.edu or Berger@UofS.edu.

In addition, you can enjoy at all times the following recreation facilities of the Pococo Manor Inn.

Golf: The Pocono Manor has 18 hole golf course, and provides complementary green fee (i.e free golf for the guests). Golf carts are required, at $20.

Swimming: Pocono Manor has two pools, one outdoors and one indoors.

Hiking: Pocono Manor owns and is situated in the middle of 3500 acres of sprawling woods and mountains, with lots of trails through.
