Note on Traveling/Transpotation

The IEEE SSAP2000 workshop reception starts at 5.30 p.m. on Sunday, August 13th, followed by Dinner at 6.30 p.m. The food will be served until 9.00 p.m. Please, make your travel arrangement so that you can attend the fine reception and Dinner. Given the transportation time from Newark/Phil airports to the Hotel (approx. 2-3 hours), we recommend that you make your travel arrangements to arrive at Newark/Philadelphia on Sunday, August 13th between morning and early afternoon. If your require transportation please refer to the SSAP 2000 http://www.ece.vill.edu/ssap2000, Transpotation Information page. The Shuttle service will pick up Workshop attendees requiring transportation in groups. This means that you may encounter a short waiting time until the Shuttle is ready to leave.
