Downtown Wayne
I live in a little town called Wayne. It has the look and feel of a small town. Narrow streets, old houses and lots of trees. An excellant Dairy Queen, a movie theatre, the post office, the bank and the library all within one block of each other. I took a walk one day and shot a few pictures in black and white. I added some colour to them and there are the results. Please click on the thumbnails to see bigger pictures.

Church bell next to a............? Did you get it?

Wayne is full of churches - that rainbow behind the Methodist church is God's creation - not!!

Main street......do you notice the Sweet Daddy's? A great sweet's store for ice cream, cakes and other goodies

The Wayne Hotel is more than a 100 years old....its right next to Halloween!!! To keep away the ghosts and goblins is the Wayne Presbyterian

If its Halloween, how far away can Christmas and the Salvation Army be?.

Christmas means gifts and gifts mean MAIL....here's the post office...naah that's not lightening

What would the post office do without these funky vans.....

The holidays are travel time.....a perfect place to ride from - the Wayne train station

If you don't like the train, here are many cars to choose from.....

Winter means leafless tress - but this one look good minus any

Once the holidays are over...its back to school..here isa Radnor middle school building
